Remember, you are seeking this cache at your own risk....
On to the cache.....to begin, park at the Letterbox coords....
Head toward the main building, there you will find a Plaque, make note of how many names are on the Plaque. Next head down the South driveway, pay attention to how many Large Stones you see on your left. As you continue down the driveway you will pass a fence on the North side of the driveway, make note of how many sections this fence has. Continue to down the driveway to the observation deck, how many Gazebo's do you see? Facing the Gazebo, to your right, make note of how many Posts there are along the side of the pond. Its time to head back to the toward the parking area, this time stay on the left side of the road. We're heading over to that small pond ahead and to the left. As you pass the fence on the South side of the driveway, make note of the number of sections in this fence. Standing on the observation deck by the smaller pond, look up to the right...notice the garage? Lets head that way.....passing the garage on your right you notice a small Blue Spruce tree ahead and left....lets go to that tree. Make note of the coords here.
Now for the cache location:
For North take the sections of the South fence - sections of the North fence - the # of Gazebo's. Add that to your North coords.
For West take the # of names on the Plaque + the # of Posts + the # of Stones - the # of Gazebos. Add that to your West coords.
This should get you close enough, after all, the word "Dirty" is in the cache name and its a Large!

PS. If you have issues in the Winter, check out the sign by road in between the pine trees. Take the first word and add 3 to the # of letters for the Stone count. Also take the # of letters in the first 3 words for the Post count.
