Opened in 1895, Westcliff railway station is one of 26 stations on the main London, Tilbury and Southend Railway line between London Fenchurch Street and Shoeburyness railway station.
The station is situated at the end of Hamlet Court Road (which took it's name from a nearby manor house called the Hamlet Court, which stood facing towards the sea with sweeping gardens down to the rail line). The road later developed into a strong independent retail area, and the road underwent a £1 million regeneration in the early 2000s and a further regeneration in 2010. The street is now known for a large number of restaurants.

Please beware of muggles, particularly at peak times. Difficulty rating reflects the potential to be overlooked from a number of directions. Don't forget your pencil.
Suitable as a cache & dash with on-street car parking available at the station (if you are lucky) or in surrounding roads. Hamlet Court Road is probably your best bet. Wherever you park please check signs for applicable restrictions.
