How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Use great stealth when searching for this cache, and please carefully tuck the container back into it's hiding spot as this can be a very high muggle area.

Bring your own pencil, and stamp if you have one.

"The die is cast!"

This phrase is still used today to suggest that events have passed a point of no return, and something inevitable will happen.

The cache is located near the casino and the skate park . . . lots can happen in either of these areas! Hopefully you don't find yourself at a "point of no return."

Since this is a letterbox cache, please do not keep the self-inking stamp located in the geocache container. It must remain in the cache for future letterboxers.

There is a lined log sheet to sign if you are a geocacher who does not have your own stamp, and a separate blank log sheet for you to use YOUR stamp in, if you have one. You do not have to sign both log sheets.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Go to the coordinates at the top of the cache page.
2. Stand with your back to this lamp post and face the small cluster of cedars bordered by large landscape rocks.
3. Walk straight to the first landscape rock.
4. Count the landscape rocks until you arrive at the far end of the fourth rock.
5. The cache is in a crevice under this rock.
6. Sign the lined logsheet with your caching name OR stamp the blank log sheet with YOUR stamp. There is no need to do both.
7. Use the stamp in the container to stamp your letterbox book if you have one, but be sure to replace it back in the cache afterwards.
8. Tuck the container back in carefully between the rocks and cover with leaves.
