Windmill Road leads from Point Henry Road down to the tranquil shore of Port Phillip Bay, just to the east of the Alcoa factory site.
Windmill Road only admits pedestrians now, with car access denied by a very strong gate. The land on either side is reserved as wildlife sanctuaries, and very few people venture down Windmill Road.
