Geocache Description:

At the casino. There were 6 players around the table and the game was Texas Hold’em. No cards had been dealt yet. Michael put 10 dollars (in chips) in front of him. Peter, sitting on the left hand side of Michael, put 20 dollars in front of himself. Susanne, sitting on the right hand side of Michael, didn't put any money in but had a great position on this round.

The dealer shuffled the cards carefully and gave two of them to each player. Jane was the one who had to act first. She just returned her cards back to the dealer and gave up. Sam was next and he put 20 dollars on the table. But then, Maria was thinking for a while and made a raise of 60 dollars. Susanne and Michael gave up but Peter wanted to see what is coming and paid 40 dollars more. So did Sam. The size of the pot was now 190 dollars.Three players left.

First three cards appeared on the table, JK8. Peter knocked on the table. It was Sam’s turn to act. He had a pair of sevens as pocket cards, but with the face cards on the table, a low pair was not much. He did just the same move than Peter had done. Maria's pocket cards were A8 so she also had a pair now, but she wanted to pretend like she had something better. She put 150 dollars to the table. Peter had a great hand at the moment with KJ in his hand and he decided to pay the 150 dollars. Sam quickly gave up. The size of the pot was now 490 dollars. Two players left.

The fourth card showed up, another King. Peter’s hand became even better. Now he had 3 Kings and 2 Jacks. Maria, on the other hand, did not improve. She sure now had two pair but because the two Kings were community cards, they did not help her. She still doubted that perhaps Peter didn’t have a proper hand either, but she was not sure. She just knocked on the table. So did Peter. The pot was still 490 dollars.

The dealer dealt the fifth and last card to the table. It was an ace, a meaningless card for Peter at this point but quite a good one for Maria, whose two pair now became higher (Aces and Kings). Maria did not believe Peter had a really good hand and wanted to give it a try. Maria quickly threw 300 dollars more on the table. Peter was thinking for a while, pretty sure his situation was great. Of course, he did not know the pocket cards Maria held, but unless they were AA or AK, Peter was winning. Based on Maria's body language, Peter figured out she was a bit unsure. Finally, he moved every single remaining chips of his to the table. Maria had no other choice but to give up because she knew she was beaten.
