This laurel is hardy! And that's no joke
The newest stretch of open space by the Sonoma Regional Park system. Welcome to the north side of Sonoma Mountain. The wildlife, from animals to plants, is just amazing. Soak in the surrounding sights while walking through oak and bay groves! The trail to the cache is of the same name, 'Umbrella Tree', and is about .65 miles (just about 1km) and is on a smooth, wide, gentle fire road that switchbacks up the hill side. A nice easy stroll to an awesome view. The trail is just an out and back trail.
Cache is black taped vitamin bottle. Room for small swag and little geocoins. Coords get you really close to GZ, from there, use your geosenses!
Afterwards, take in the sight of Bennett Valley and the Santa Rosa plain from the nearby picnic bench
lease replaced as found. Cache is NOT out in the grass, but in the treeline on the left side (if you're facing the tree at the horse tie up)
