Saturday, 8th August 1200 to 1300 - Callendar Park
The purpose of this event is to discuss the idea of having a three day annual Scottish Mega. At the minute we have a blank canvas. No location/venue in mind, no scheme for raising the funding yet, no plan for what events to host. I'm here to gather some support/organising committee members.
The first thing we need is an organising committee. I'm after fellow cachers who wish to step forward and commit to putting together an event that Scotland can be proud of. Good decision making, team work and good organisational skills.
So the purpose of this event is to ...
A) Gather, have fun and swap ideas/suggestions
B) See if we can start to assemble some of the above.
Of course, in the spirit of eventing, anyone is welcome to attend, come along and just have a chat.
