2nd in a series of caches of varying sizes to highlight the local landmark of Highcliff Nab, which overlooks the market town of Guisborough. Most caches are placed to give a direct view of the Nab, which will only be excluded if it is foggy or misty, or requiring the cacher to move a few feet to one side.
Sitting on the Cleveland Way at an altitude of 300m, those that reach its summit can enjoy spectacular views to the sea and surrounding countryside.
Depending on the weather, time of day and sky the nab changes colour from a sombre dark to bright light stone.
It is a popular place for walkers and climbers accessing the North Yorkshire Moors or to test climbing skills.
Congratulations Jobonanza and We're all Mad Around Here on your joint FTF.
