Tangshan Qixin cement industrial tourist area is located in Qixin cement plant site, covers an area of 115.06 mu, building area of 69000 square meters, construction began in 2011 January, mainly to the construction of the original plant in 1908 to 40 years ago wood trestle, No. 4 to No. 8 cement kiln system, the old power plant has an important historical and cultural value old building reconstruction, the spirit of "repair old as the old" principle to build the Qixin cement plant century old industrial base and Tangshan industrial civilization demonstration base, to the formation of industrial tourism, cultural and creative, leisure and entertainment for the characteristics of cultural creative industry park.

唐山启新水泥工业旅游区坐落在启新水泥厂原址，占地面积115.06亩，建筑面积6.9万平方米，于2011年1月开始建设，主要对原厂区1908年至40年代前建设的木栈台、4号至8号水泥窖系统、老电厂等具有重要历史和文化价值的老建筑进行改造，本着“修旧如旧”的原则打造启新水泥厂百年老工业基地及唐山工业文明展示基地，形成以工业旅游、文化创意、休闲娱乐为特色的创意文化产业园。
