O Eucalipto centenário	The centenarian eucalyptus
Este eucalipto (Eucalyptus globulus Labill.) encontra-se mesmo à saída da vila de Almodôvar para Castro Verde, na Rua António Cândido Colaço (EN-2). Embora no Algarve possam ser encontrados eucaliptos de porte superior, nomeadamente na zona de Monchique, na zona do Baixo Alentejo este pode ser considerado um espécime assinalável, com base na informação existente. Deste modo, não existe actualmente nenhum eucalipto classificado como árvore de interesse público no distrito de Beja. No presente caso, a árvore beneficia ainda da sua localização isolada junto à estrada. As suas medidas actuais são: Altura: 32 metros P.A.P. (perímetro à altura do peito): 5,53 metros Maior diâmetro da copa: 18,80 metros Idade: ninguém sabe ao certo a sua idade, mas é certamente uma árvore centenária.	This eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus Labill.) is situated right at the exit of the town of Almodôvar to Castro Verde, in the street of António Cândido Colaço (EN-2). Although in the Algarve are found eucalyptus of greater size, namely in the zone of Monchique, in the Baixo Alentejo this tree can be considered a notable specimen, with base on the existing information. In this manner, there is at the present time none eucalyptus classified as a tree of public interest in the district of Beja. In the present case, the tree benefits from its isolated localization by the road. Its measurements are: Height: 32 meters D.B.H (diameter at breast height): 5,53 metres Greatest diameter of the tree top: 18,80 metres Age: no one knows for sure its age, but it is certainly a centenarian tree.

A cache encontra-se a 30 metros do eucalipto, é uma cache micro de fabrico caseiro. Está no chão, no canteiro. Não está no muro.	The cache is located at 30 metres from the eucaliptus, it is a micro hand made cache. It is on the floor, on the flower box. It is not on the wall.
