It looks like everyone had a good time and your event was a success.

The geocaching.com guidelines request that event hosts archive their listing a month after the event has passed so it doesn't continue to show up on local pocket queries. I've archived your event listing -- in the future, please keep in mind that it helps to keep local events up to date and saves reviewer's volunteer time if you archive the event yourself!

Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Vancouver Art Gallery

This is my first event. So why not make it an interesting one!

Join me on the stairs at the Vancouver Art Gallery between the Lions for a good old fashion meet & greet.

Between 2 pm and 3 pm Lets share stories about our geocaching adventures. Chat with new faces and old.

And then after the event there will be an optional activity you may want to check out.

At 3pm there will be a Pillow Fight at the other side of the Art Gallery.
