At the Y, you have come to a fork in the road. TAKE IT! The right will eventually take you to Faulkner Canyon but a high clearance, 4WD is strongly recommended. To the left will take you to the nearby mountains to the northwest. This wide open prairie is unusual for the area and becomes quite nasty during the summer rains.
