It's to late for the Pi Day Souvenir but never to late for the smiley.

 

The cache is not at the above coordinates. So to find it you will have to use the first 26 digits of Pi.

 

 

There is plenty of parking at this spot. However your timing has to be right, and stealth may be needed.
