'Lets Work Out' is a cache placed near to one of the free gyms that are scattered throughout the borough which are funded by NHS.
The outdoor gyms are usually to be found in 'People Places' like recreation areas, playing fields and public parks. It's a super idea for regular folk who just want to dip in and out of exercise at leisure. They have instructions attached on how the equipment is best used. This particular place is a wonderful site for an outdoor gym - Winter or Summer. Why not give them a go whilst caching? The cache is placed at a very busy location whatever the season so stealth is necessary at all times. The cache is a micro so BYOP and tweezers may well be useful.
There is no available parking near the cache as it is a clearway, but there is plenty of parking at Ocean Plaza retail park nearby.
