S.O.S. Or: SAVE OUR SWAG!

We hope that you will be able to join us at our "Save Our Swag" event at "The Grapes" near Scaling Dam on the A171 between Whitby and Guisborough, on Saturday 30th May from 12-4pm.

Anyone is welcome to attend, particularly new cachers who will receive a warm welcome. Even if you only have a few minutes to spare, please feel free to pop in and say hello (and sign the log).

The pub offers a full food menu and is child friendly. Dogs are allowed into the bar area, but not in the function room that we will be using. Simple, free activities will be provided to entertain children, or those who are young at heart. But these are entirely optional.

As the title of the event suggests: we are trying to promote swag.
We think that boxes should contain nice things to have a quick rummage through. So we're hoping that this event will be stuffed full of swag!
If you can, please bring along some swag to put in the prize pots. The more swag: the better the prizes

A Small warning: Kangoocamp, We'reAllMadRoundHere and Tentbruiser love giving away swag. So you might find yourself given some during the course of the event.

And, if you're a geocacher who's not interested in swag, please just come along and enjoy a natter with fellow geocachers.
