Geocache Description:

In 2011, the Yuen Long District Council built two flag poles to hoist the China Flag and the HKSAR Flag in the middle of Ginza Plaza in Tin Shui Wai.  Since then, for every Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Establishment Day (1st July) and National Day of the People's Republic of China (1st October), a ceremony is being held at this place for the whole Yuen Long District. The ceremony usually starts at 7:45 am on these two osscaions.
