A Toy Train Museum Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

RobinMohawk: It is with great sadness that I have to archive this cache.

The museum will be sold, the trains have been removed, the sign is gone, the owner has to retire.

There are 87 favorites out of 325 finds, about 1 of 4. Very nice.

Thanks to all who visited.

Geocache Description:

An interesting and entertaining toy train museum.

This museum is a memorial to those people who have died from pancreatic cancer. If the museum is open, you can see the memorial wall just inside the door. You'll be surprised at the names and pictures on the wall.

Train enthusiasts from grand kids to grandparents can enjoy playing with the trains. One can see a model of a 50's diner with roller skating carhops, a plane circling a tower, a monster in the water next to a bridge as well as other unique buildings and structures, many of which light up or move by pushing a button.

The cache container is a preform hidden inside something located on the sign and should be quite easy to find. The cache is NOT on or in the building.
