No, we don't understand it either! but we do know that if you want to get a souvenir badge for your profile page from Groundspeak, this looks like the only place you can get one on the Isle of Man.

Pi Day Event
With March the 14th 2015 being a Saturday, Geocachers normally go out to play, so Groundspeak HQ decided to honour the day by making it "Pi Day" this year in the Geocaching world, with two new souvenirs badges. The first souvenir is inspired by the groups of people who have an irrational love for irrational numbers. Just attend an event, (THIS EVENT) on Pi Day and you’ll earn this souvenir. The second souvenir celebrates "the mystery of Pi"— to earn it, solve a mystery cache and log a “Found It” on March 14. Simples! Especially when most of the Mystery cache owners will be at this Event so you should be able to get some additional hints to help you solve them.
