Dwór w Starkowie został wybudowany w XVII w. Jest to dwukondygnacyjny renesansowy dwór sołtysi, następnie oo. jezuitów nakryty dachem naczółkowym. Dwór wraz z parkiem, folwarkiem, w skład którego wchodzą: stajnia, wozownia dom mieszkalno-gospodarczy stanowi zespół dworsko-folwarczny

SOŁTYSI DWÓR (STAROSTŮV DVŮR)
Dvůr ve Starkowě byl postaven v 17. století. Je to dvoupodlažní renesanční starostův dvůr, později jej jezuité zastřešili polovalbovou střechou. Dvůr tvoří spolu s parkem a velkostatkem, jehož součástí byla konírna, vozovna a obytná a hospodářské stavení, ucelený komplex.
VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR’S MANOR HOUSE
The 17th-century manor house in Starków is a two-story renaissance complex owned by the village administrator, later covered with a half-hipped roof by the Jesuits. The complex also includes a park and a manor farm with a stable, a carriage house and a residential/utility building.
