The capital of this state is Dover and on December 7, 1787 it was the first state to make up the Union, with 49 to follow. This is not the smallest state but it is only 96 miles long and 9 - 35 miles at its widths. She is a petite First Lady and small enough to dress up, but what would Dela wear? I like red not orange.
