Just Sayin' Mystery Cache

We decided to try a novel approach to a puzzle cache and have cachers try to solve a simple task.  All you have to do to solve the puzzle is fill in he blanks.  If you happen to be a "boomer" like the Rangers this should be easy as "pi".
