Geocache Description:

A special thanks to KODI - AK for allowing me to adopt these caches and allowing the series to continue.

The containers have been replaced and are now tethered. Please take the time to coil and replace the cache as found.

All logs are now "Right in the Rain" paper. Standard ball points, pencils or ultra fine Sharpies are recommended when dry. If wet pencils are recommended.

Please do not over tighten the "Caps" snug is fine.

We have a lot of caches on a wonderful paddle trail in and out of the mangroves. If you try to get to the caches at high tide you shall not have any troubles, but at very low tide you may have to wade to some of the caches. Even walk in muck up to your butt.

Make sure you have a lot of time before dark, you do not want to try to find your way in the dark. Take water to drink and some food for lunch and always have fun on this kayaking trail.

Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park is comprised of 42,000 acres and protects 70 miles of shoreline along Charlotte Harbor in Charlotte and Lee Counties. Hikers and bird - watchers can access Charlotte Harbor's upland area at pedestrian walkthroughs available in each section of the park and explore the wildlife found along marked trails. Most of the park is shallow water fringed by mangroves , providing amazing opportunities to view wading birds , manatees , dolphins and other wildlife. The park is best accessed by kayak or canoe , you CAN NOT WALK TO ANY OF MY CACHES that is in the Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park .

After the wonderful time we had kayaking in the mangroves , we wanted to place some caches in the area so that you shall be able to see and feel the Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park. These caches was placed with permission of the Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park and park manager John Aspiolea. For information about placing caches in THIS state park , please contact fellow Geocacher , BufferBoss. In cryptography , a Caesar cipher , also known as Caesar's cipher , the shift cipher , Caesar's code or Caesar shift , is one of the simplest and most widely known encryption techniques. The method is named after Julius Caesar , who used it in his private correspondence.

As with all two numbered cipher is easily broken and in modern practice offers essentially no communication security.

SOLVE THE BELOW PUZZLE TO GET THE CORRECT COORDS FOR THE FINAL CACHE.
