Always wanted to place one here. The owner gave me the go ahead so I was pleased to get it up and running.
Lot's of parking, but there is an apartment building right beside the cache so be aware of watchful eyes. Bring a pen to sign the log. There is room for small trade items where the log is placed. I'd be hesitant to place travel bugs here, though. This is a great little place. The owner asks only "please do not get too close to the building because the alarms might go off."
