You must have found at least 30 caches in 30 consecutive months. Caches can be of any type and location. Previous finds count. Your streak does not have to be active. You just have to have completed the challenge requirements at some point in your geocaching career. You can prove your qualification in any way you see fit. The easiest way is through your public profile stats.
Cache cannot be accessed from I-75. Once you exit the interstate you can pull off the road within a few feet of the cache location.
