General Disarray: Greetings from Geocaching.com

I noticed that this cache has been temporarily disabled for a period of time well in excess of the period of ‘a few weeks’ as contemplated by the cache guidelines published on Geocaching.com. While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other cachers from entering the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can't do so forever. Please either repair/replace this cache, or archive it so that someone else can place a cache in the area, and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location. Also, if you haven’t done so already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible.

I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and am looking forward to seeing your cache up and running in the future.

You may never make it out alive.

Since 1965 the werewolves in this area have been feeding on those alone after dark. Despite the beast's reign in this area, 2 people have been reported to have survived an attack, and 6 people have witnessed the beast up close. 

In 1998 a group of 8 men entered the woods searching for a group of 5 campers who had gone missing. The search party split up in to 2 groups to search for the campers. No members of the search party returned from the forest that night. They never found the bodies belonging to missing persons from the last few decades.

Legend has it that the werewolf has hidden the belongings of those he has preyed upon in his den close by a creek.

It is up to you to search the area for the werewolf's souvenirs.  BE SURE TO REPLACE EVERYTHING AS YOU FOUND IT, OR YOU MAY NEVER LEAVE ALIVE.


Keep your ears open for the howls of the werewolf. Just because you are following his trail, doesn't mean he isn't following yours. You are looking for a small pill bottle cache.
