Windmill Road has no windmill any more, and is not much of a road either. But it does lead down to Port Phillip Bay, and that justifies its existence. It is almost 1km long and well suited to a leisurely bike ride.
This cache is a small systema with a few small trades. Watch out for distractors. The cache is only a few metres from the road.
