Muzeum vzniklo v zrekonstruovanych objektech byvaleho JZD. Byvaly to puvodne kraviny a navstevnik si zde muze prohlednout ukazky vybaveni puvodniho provozu chovu krav - pojezdove drazky na rozvoz krmiva, pasove transmise a dopravniky k odvedeni hnoje, puvodni kovovou nadrz pro zasobu melasy a dalsi. V techto objektech jsou vystaveny nektere z vice nez 3000 darovanych exponatu sbirkoveho fondu muzea. Nejrozsahlejsi je zemedelska expozice, jejiz inventar tvori temer kompletni vybaveni prace davnych zemedelcu podkrkonosskeho regionu. Nezanedbatelnou cast tvori expozice remesel. K videni jsou napr. rafove vozy, „fofry“, seci a zaci stroje, motory, pluhy, radla, srotovniky, zemedelske a remeslne naciní a naradi. Najdete zde i predmety denni potreby – odevy, boty, vybaveni domacnosti, knihy, casopisy, hracky, sportovni potreby a dalsi. Sbirkovy fond historickych predmetu je neustale obnovovan o nove exponaty a je utvaren vyhradne z daru spoluobcanu. Na budovani muzea se tak muzete podilet i vy. Muzeum slouzi nejen k vystavovani sbirkovych exponatu. Navstevnici si mohou historicke predmety a zarizeni nejen prohlednout, ale i zkusit s nimi pracovat. Maji moznost si vyzkouset mnoho cinnosti a praci ze zivota nasich predku - napr. naklepat kosu, zvazit vertel obili na decimalni vaze, vyprat pradlo na valse nebo v pracce „kejklovacce“, odstredit mleko, stlouci maslo a mnoho dalsich cinnosti.
Oteviraci doba v muzeu je: brezen-duben- Po-zavreno (neplati o svatcich), Ut-Pa-9-15 hod. So-Ne-po domluve na tel.776 780 414. Kveten-zari: Po-zavreno (neplati o svatcich), Ut-Ne-9-17 hod.
Ke kesi: Jedna se o nenarocnou kes. Neni u ni podminka navstevy popisovaneho muzea, ale tuto navstevu vrele doporucuji, hlavne rodinam s detmi. Majitele muzea o ni vi. Vickem kese otacejte prosim opatrne, at nam kes dlouho vydrzi kompletni.

The museum came into being in reconstructed facilities of a former unified cooperative farm. The facilities used to be cow houses and thus visitors can see the presentation of the equipments used for cattle farming – e.g. running gear for feed distribution, conveyor belt for dung mucks out etc. In these premises are displayed some of the 3000 museum donated exhibits. The most extensive is the agricultural exhibition, which inventory consists of the almost complete equipment for past farmers in the Jestrebi Mountains region. Not inconsiderable part of the museum represents the craft exhibition. The visitor can see e.g. sowing-machines, reaping-machines, engines, ploughs, scratch ploughs, grinding mills and other agricultural and craft tools and equipments. There are also articles of daily use – cloths, shoes, household articles, books, magazines, toys, sport equipments etc. The collection of the historical items is permanently updated by new exhibits donated solely by fellow citizens. Thus you can also participate on the museum creation. The museum doesn´t serves only as a display of the exhibits but the visitors can also try to work with them. The visitors can for example sharpen the scythe, weigh the pail of corn, do the washing on washboard or washing machine so called “kejklovacka”, skim the milk, churn the butter etc.

To the cache: It is not challenging cache. The visit of the museum is not prerequisite for cache log-in but it is warmly recommended mainly for families. The museum owner is aware of the cache. Please be careful during the cache opening to ensure the lasting of the cache.
