All directions are given assuming you are walking the series in order from 5 to 11 - this is the easiest walk - any uphill bits are done at the beginning and the views are best from this direction.
The walk is all on well marked public footpaths but it can be muddy and wet in places - wellies or substantial walking boots are essential during winter and after rain.
All 7 of the caches are placed within a few metres of the footpaths and are designed to be easy finds - the walk is the thing.
Tree cover may present problems in some places but the hints should solve any uncertainty.
From Cache #9 follow the FC track - stay on the main track rather than divert off to the right down the footpath that goes down to the creek.
The main track crosses the stream running into Mendy Pill and the cache is located close to the bridge at ground level.
The cache is a plastic tube 10 cms long by 3 cms in diameter at ground level. Please re-hide carefully.
The cache has been placed in accordance with the GAGB FC Peninsular District Guidelines - the woods here are designated as Open Access Land and are NOT on the FC exclusion list.
