Geocache Description:

A geocaching friend from Ontario sent me a camouflaged cache ready for my FIRST hide! (Thanks Shadow Buster!) I hid it in the valley below where I live--perhaps I will see cachers trying to find it! If you holler "Hi" loud enough, I may even hear you!!

BE AWARE! This valley floods in heavy rains in winter, however there is a well-worn path around the periphery, made by dogs and their walkers who frequent this lovely new park in Nanaimo, as an off-leash dog area. Note the cliffs to the left, especially the ones unobscured by trees.

Park along East Wellington Road, then walk in--you're walking along the Mill Stream which travels through Bowen Park and empties into the harbour by Swylana Park.

FTF is a toonie.
