De Veurnse jachthaven is rustig gelegen aan de rand van de historische stad Veurne. Het centrum ligt op wandelafstand. Vanuit Veurne is Nieuwpoort per boot gemakkelijk te bereiken. Via het Lokanaal kan je naar Fintele. Het kanaal Nieuwpoort-Duinkerken brengt de bootliefhebber naar Dunkerque.
