The cache IS at the posted location, BUT, in order to log this as a find, you must complete the challenge. Play nice and only search for, sign, and log this AFTER you have done so.
IN ORDER TO LOG THIS CACHE AS A FIND, YOU MUST FIND AND LOG 10 CACHES WHICH WERE PLACED ON JANUARY 12. January 12 is Mrs. geocat's birthday! You will need to post a picture of your grid (see example above) or a list of each cache (or bookmark of the caches) you found to qualify for this challenge. Once you have met the requirements, go find it and sign the log. The Difficulty and Terrain for this cache are a factor of the effort you will have to put into qualifying for the cache.
