Geocache Description:

Park at the waterfall. Climb the rocks on right-hand side of falls to access trail. Cache is only a short distance from the road (.1 mile), but this trail is seriously STEEP. Only the most serious of hikers make it ALL the way to Steep Lake, at the top of this 2+ mile trail. We placed the cache in a beautiful spot to stop and catch your breath, you will feel like you're on top of the world!

CAUTION:  This trail is not maintained, it is just a well beaten path that you can plainly see. If you don't know the trail it wouldn't hurt to place trail marking tape on your way up - and remove them on your way back down. Boots are very neccessary.

You are looking for an *extremely* large camo'd water proof box. You DO NOT have to cross over the falls!! The cache was so large that the camo duct tape wasnt enough, it has also been covered with rocks and moss so it REALLY blends in to it's surroundings. Please re-hide exactly as you found, this spot is really popular for pictures and will stick out like a sore thumb if you dont! Cache contents include log book, trading swag, and special prize for FTF and 2TF! *(I think I forgot to put in a WRITING UNTENSIL! Bring one just in case!!)*
