This year's Pi Day cache is NOT at posted coords: solve the puzzle/encryption to find the coordinates.

Available only during Park Hours: Summer Hours - April through October, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Entrance gate closes at 10 p.m. Winter Hours - November through March, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Entrance gate closes at 6 p.m.
Cache has a placement permit from the park personnel (Thanks, Jamie!!).
