Clovenite: Despite opening up a decent path through the gorse 18 months ago it has, once again, grown so much that access is very difficult and painful. It leaves me with no alternative but to archive. Replacement caches will be issued once COVID has finished.

Geocache Description:


A cache on the Meigle Circular, a 6 mile walk up and around Meigle Hill.It can be taken in with several others if attempting the whole or part of the circuit or alternatively on its own from Caddonfoot.

Access parking can be found at Caddonfoot,Clovenfords or Galashiels.A free downloadable map of the circuit can be obtained from the Scottish Borders Council website.

The track can be muddy so stout footwear is recommended.

Livestock may be encountered so please keep dogs under close control.

Container is a 35mm film container. BYOP. Contains log only.
