Het Parelpad in Oudenbosch verbindt de prachtige historische religieuze erfgoed-parels in het centrum van Oudenbosch met elkaar. Sterrenwacht Tivoli, Het Arboretum Oudenbosch, de Kapel van de Broeders van Saint Louis, Het Nederlands Zouaven Museum, Het Natuurhistorisch en Volkenkundig Museum, de Protestantse Gemeente Oudenbosch en natuurlijk de Basiliek HH Agatha liggen op deze route.

The Parelpad in Oudenbosch connects the beautiful historic religious heritage pearls in the center of Oudenbosch together. Observatory Tivoli, Arboretum Oudenbosch, the Chapel of the Brothers of Saint Louis, the Dutch Zouave Museum, The Oudenbosch Museum of Natural History and Ethnology, the Protestant Community Oudenbosch and of course the Basilica HH Agatha are on this route.



Na 44 jaar wordt deze zomer de oudste volkssterrenwacht van Nederland weer in oude luister en op de originele locatie hersteld. Op het dak van Tivoli kun je de originele koepel alweer zien zitten. De cache ligt buiten de Sterrenwacht.

After 44 years the oldest Observatory has been brought back to the original location. The cache is outside the Observatory.


Messierobjecten zijn een groep astronomische objecten die werden gecatalogiseerd door Charles Messier in zijn catalogus van Nevels en sterrenhopen, voor het eerst gepubliceerd in 1774. De oorspronkelijke reden achter de catalogus was dat Messier een kometenjager was en het beu was voortdurend objecten te vinden die op kometen leken, maar er geen waren. Daarom heeft hij een lijst van al deze objecten opgesteld.
Voor het vinden van de cache ga je op zoek naar deze objecten, en neem de waarde ervan.



Messier objects are a group of astronomical objects that were cataloged by Charles Messier in his catalog of nebulae and star clusters, first published in 1774. The original reason behind the catalog was that Messier was a comet hunter and got tired of constantly finding objects resembling comets, but weren't so. Therefore, he has compiled a list of these objects.
To find the cache you have to look for these objects and take their value.
