#23 Premature Ghost Town Traditional Cache

Another cache in this continuing series. A fellow cacher mentioned that there should be a cache in this failed development, so here it is. What a waste and made worse by vandals. I feel confident that someday this will be a thriving neighborhood. Please watch your step in this development as there are numerous large utility boxes in the ground without covers that are about three feet deep (large enough for an adult to fall in). Parking is available nearby on an unused paved residential street without residences. Muggles should not be a problem here. AS OF 5/1/17 - IT IS NO LONGER A REGULAR AS THE COPPER THIEVES KEEP RAIDING HERE, IT IS NOW A SMALL MICRO IN THE SAME LOCATION.
