The coordinates will NOT lead you to the final location, but they will give you the information needed for you to claim the smiley! Look for the clue that I left for you at GZ, then use your smart phone to follow the clue & lead you to stage 2 where you will sign the log.
These caches REQUIRE a Smart Phone ( or similar device). The final is a micro container with log only.
