Firecarp: Rather than be arbitrary about enforcing an implied rule, I am archiving my cache. I had permission from school staff to place these caches. My cache "Gymnasium" was archived by the reviewer, since it falls under the guideline regarding proximity to schools. Too bad people are so paranoid.
This guideline is enforced arbitrarily, in my opinion. This cache is an example of that. If you can bother to check on the proximity of one cache to a school, does that mean you check them all for such an issue. If not, then why did you choose one particular cache to archive?
