Welcome to Miner’s Park, established as part of the Australian Bicentennial activities in 1988.
The park displays many pieces of technology used in the mining industry in the early years of mining in the Northern Territory. As you walk through the park you will see many information boards detailing the history of mining in and around Pine Creek. The town’s fortunes have fluctuated over the years reflecting the fluctuating fortunes of the mining industry.
