You are standing in front of what was one of six railway reservoirs built along the Darwin - Pine Creek railway in 1889. Each reservoir held about 4,000,000 gallons of water or the equivalent of seven Olympic swimming pools. There is a very informative sign at GZ, so enjoy the area and the cache.
