Malpensa, abbiamo un problema... Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

saiphek: Sono costretto a rimuovere il listing in quanto l'immagine dell'aereo su google maps è stata aggiornata e l'aereo è scomparso.

I'm going to remove the listing because image of the plane on google maps has been updated and the plane has disappeared.
The physical cache will remain in place for a few more weeks to allow the find to who has already solved the quiz and has the final coordinates.

Cordiali saluti, Saiphek "Maverick"

From: Malpensa air traffic control
To: members@groundspeak.com

Subject: Request for urgent support to the geocaching community.

Malpensa air traffic control asks help in this critical situation! Last night at 6:03 p.m. the flight AZ7603 started its travel from JFK Airport in New York. The flight had to be at Malpensa at 8:13 a.m. am but a few minutes before landing the control tower lost contacts and the plane disappeared from the radar. All passengers jumped with parachute and were rescued but our air traffic controllers are still unable to contact Captain "Crippled Eagle" and his co-pilot "Bird Cage".
Criminal Police State experts don’t say anything. The situation, already dramatic, worsened further thanks to my cousin Fred that toppled his tea on the computer keyboard, making it unusable for search operations...
Fortunately, NASA has sent a satellite photo showing the device shortly before his disappearance.

Your task: It is necessary to determine the exact position of the aircraft in the picture. This will help in searches. If you can prove that it is an accident, try to retrieve the black box. Hopefully it contains useful information to understand this mysterious incident and rescue missing pilots.

Sincerely, Saiphek "Maverick"
