Welcome to the Ken Denman Wildlife Area. Parking fee required if you park at the gate on Agate Road. Free parking across the street if the gate there is closed, or at WIDE OPEN SPACE, GC1P3YW. If you have a permit and key, this is a short hike upstream along Little Butte Creek from the north end of Tou Velle Road.
Three-inch vitamin bottle w/log in an 20-inch container. You'll see evidence of wind storms in trees fallen across the path. Fish & Wildlife is good about getting the trails re-opened, but they leave the rest of the tree as it fell, to rot in place and nourish new growth. Bring your writing stick. The trail toward the creek from the cache site is a good access point to fish a seldom-used section of Little Butte Creek.
