Watch our for the OPEN MAN HOLE in the street just east of this cache. Someone has put a pallet over it and now bushes have covered it up. Your car could drop a wheel in and that would not be good. The man hole was covered when I placed this cache.
Another cache in this continuing series. A fellow cacher mentioned that there should be a cache in this failed development, so here it is. What a waste and made worse by vandals. I feel confident that someday this will be a thriving neighborhood. Please watch your step in this development as there are numerous large utility boxes in the ground without covers that are about three feet deep (large enough for an adult to fall in). Parking is available nearby on an unused paved residential street without residences. Muggles should not be a problem here.
