This cache is hidden in Holliday Lake State Park. Within this park, we have a small contact station that may hold the clue to the cache! It is not there, but a coordinate sheet will help you find it, but not too far from the contact station, there lays a small, cement building in the woods that the cache is near
This small, cement building is known as Well House 3 to the staff at HLSP, but that is just a slight hint to tell you that you may be in the right place for this adventure. Travel a little further down the trail and you will find the VSP Civil War cache. Light terrain and easy difficulty level is fit for this cache sight.
The container is a sandwich size, water proof container that is clear. It will be easy to hide and easy to find. Contents in the cache will include:
- Civil War coins
- Facts on cards about the Civil War that was ended in Appomattox (since we are in Appomattox county)
- Civil War small soldier toys
