Great view of the Saanich Inlet, Saanich Pennisula, and Mt Baker. Great gateway into an unexpectedly good walk around the Mt Jeffrey. Spring is a great time of year because during this time the trail features many varieties of birds, a swamp where you can hear a cacophony of croaking frogs, and many pretty little lakes.
