This Cache is over looking the Great Oak Business Park. Created in 2007 with help from WDA (Welsh Development Association) , The site was formaly an aluminium foundry owneded by KTH which in turn was known as BSK, who came to Llanidloes in the early 1960's. They made aluminium castings for the automotive market, Ford's made up a large part of their work but also they made parts for Rover Scania and BMW.The site today looks a great deal diffrernent to how it look in the days of BSK. Over looking the town of Llanidloes, this cache , a plastic food container which is big enough to hold swaps , a log and trackables. Please bring a pen just in case the pencil has lost its point. You can park near by in the Great Oak Business Park. Please take normal precations with geo-kids as it is next to a road all be it fairly quiet.
