This cache is in the Mountain Biking area on the Orange trail (Recreational Loop), graded easy, but still with enough terrain changes to make the average recreational rider grunt a bit, or push the button on their electric motors (eh Glyn). If you do the whole loop it is 4km long, but there are a few escape routes back to the visitors centre.
The Park code of conduct states that you must keep to designated areas and that the MTB trails are for cyclists only, all MTB trails are also one way.
There are great facilities, including showers, and a playground at the visitor’s centre. The kids MTB track is a must for the young ones.
The gate is open 6am – 8:30pm Summer and 6am – 6:30pm Winter.
Please ensure the cache container is firmly closed and left in an upright position to help keep any water out
