Geocache Description:

#3 in a series of caches named after some of my favorite classic movies.

The Farmer's Daughter (1947) stars Joseph Cotten and Loretta Young who won an Academy Award for Best Actress.  Young plays Katie Holstrom who goes to the big city to take a nursing course, but loses her money along the way and goes to work in the home of a politician to earn back her nursing course money.  Katie grows a lot in the home, falls in love, goes ice skating, and finds out she may be better suited for politics than nursing.  A sweet and surprisingly girl-power type of film from the 40's!

You'll want to use stealth in this area to avoid muggles along the walking path.

  • This cache is a micro.
  • Bring your own pencil/pen.
  • Good luck finding it without the spoiler photo.  I almost couldn't find it again seconds after placing it.  Haha.
  • DO NOT look at photos unless you want the ultimate spoiler, as I've included a picture of the cache in its location. (Why? Because after I invest 30-minutes unsuccessfully looking for a cache, I want to know if I'm just clueless or if it's been compromised.) If you find the cache has been compromised let me know and I will fix it.
  • Please return the cache to its original location to keep it well hidden from muggles.
