Camp Quaranup (the old Quarantine Station) is closed the the general public, so the only access is by boat or (preferably) canoe from Albany.
Easier than #1, and special permission is granted to access the beach, but please do not venture inland! The cache is well camouflaged but there is a familial resemblance between all four in the series...
The log is on waterproof paper but you will need to bring your own pencil. (not ballpoint).
