The Declaration Monument is a landmark monument and tourist attraction in Arusha. It was unveiled in 1977 by the nation's ruling Chama Cha Mapinduzi party to commemorate ten years of the Arusha Declaration. There is a sign at one of the entrances, in Kiswahili, warning that anyone taking photos on the premises could be charged 1000TZS, about $.50, but this is rarely enforced. This cache can be accessed from the surrounding sidewalk.
The cache is a black magnetic nano hidden inside a fence bar at the entrance closest to GZ, use the spoiler pics if necessary. This cache has gone missing several times, so please use stealth as this area is thick with muggles.
